Is Suave Cocoa Butter Lotion Good For The Face

The Mobile World Congress Barcelona 2011 uncovered a number of pearls ... EBay

few weeks I've been trying to make a hole for a brief summary of my impression of the Mobile World Congress held last February in Barcelona.

few days were very busy with many interesting presentations, where one of the things that caught my attention is the role " dominant" have reached Telco (telephone, vodafone, and Co.). Comment also the absence again Apple, which seems to not need an event of this caliber to remain the giant that is, even after as seen at the fair, I think Jobs should reconsider whether to continue with this "antisocial attitude finally "..., and especially if your best salesperson / speaker can not go on stage.

Clearly the role of the telco is vital in the mobile sector, as are those who have been charged so far in the deployment of necessary infrastructure for the development of communications, both voice and data. What not expected, is that "other stakeholders will be invited" to the party this lucrative business, as is the case with Apple and Google as two references that have been known as one take the time to do great profitable business, while the telco perhaps thought that the mere creation of networks, the business had already secured ... .. But one thing seems to be "clear" after the keynote of the CEOs of major carriers and a few hours later with Eric Schmidt (Google) is that spending on infrastructure from now, it seems that be shared between operators and other greats like Google: to be seen in detail, because the battle is served, and not just because the operators as mere managers of Infrastructure ...

The emergence of the iPhone 2007 meant a revolution in the market where the block, not only reinvented mobile phone as , but also knew how to operate very profitably (70/30 ) the famous market apps. However, last year, the operating system for mobile Google (Android) broke barriers, and without doubt this 2011 I think will win the battle, at least as far as regards the number of devices . And I say this because the Google open system allows most of the manufacturers to incorporate, so they were spared having to deal with all restrictions Cupertino imposed, not only in the apps market ...

Finally note that in my view, the Korean manufacturer Samsung, is that Palm is taking now, both as mobile tablets, although after leaving the iPad 2, seems all "has begun again "...

comment Moreover propelled initiatives by operators to cope with the duopoly Android / Apple , where they say, seek to establish certain standards for the development of apps. In my opinion, I do not think that's the real reason ... since almost all say as HTML 5 will be imposed in the not too distant future.
One of these initiatives is WAC, which was formed last year and that my view is a clear example of the desperate attempt by many operators around the world to organize and try to make the duopoly competition above . Well, the thing appears to be operating as many would like, and that is why companies such as Telefonica has also decided to launch into the market have their own applications ( BlueVia ). My view on this is that although it directly sources say that both are complementary BlueVia WAC as I truly believe that nothing but a further fragmentation of this market "so crazy and so sweet" where "everybody want some or all of the cake at all costs" ..

To conclude this brief summary of the event, I would highlight the important role have reached mobile payment methods, whose presence at the show, especially at conferences, surpassed the expectations of the organization . In fact, the last day of the show almost all the talks were the subject of debate all matters related to the m-money, where the highlight was the conference "NFC - Moving Beyond Payments" , who even had to be speakers' repeated twice (unheard of), in order to satisfy the tremendous demand obtained.

No doubt next year the organization should consider conducting these discussions in the main auditorium, since it is expected that the demand and expectation continue to rise during 2011.

There are many unknowns yet to reveal, because every year we talk of the potential of mobile payments, but this year for many commercial efforts have been made, there remain several unanswered questions, and certainly the the security of these payments is something that nobody wants to respond with "safe" is it because there is still no clear regulatory framework in this regard? or is it due to the powerful action the lobbies of the traditional means of payment? ...
What is clear is that there is a tremendous fragmentation in the sector to be taken into account when implementing one or another technology (cost of installing terminals readers, regulatory framework, etc)

As I have been saying in everything I write about payment methods , I think these are undoubtedly the key almost everything, increasingly becoming a tool of powerful business marketing and . With regard to mobile payments are certainly a whole revolution in the new economic model that is coming . And I say this because key is not only able to pay with or without the phone, but that this device will help you accept payments ... Which companies are doing very well as Vodafone with its super successful service M-Pesa and other initiatives such as Square, that despite all the controversy raised on safety, are facilitating the autonomous professional standing, and those living in areas or countries with very low or no service infrastructure financial recovery a very powerful tool and will certainly continue to innovate.

In upcoming posts, I will try to analyze a little more detail my views on the Mobile Payments, as well as m-commerce industry that is generated and the questions that remain to be solved. As an appetizer, I recommend reading the post I wrote last year entitled : Battle in M-Commerce: Who will dominate the "mobile payments"?
