Japan only revised three times in 35 YEARS anti-seismic measures of its nuclear



The International Atomic Energy Agency warned in 2008 that Tokyo had a "serious problem", according to Wikileaks cable

Japan had a weak point in their nuclear plants and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said it made it during a meeting in Tokyo in December 2008. In a cable released by Wikileaks, the U.S. Embassy reported that the IAEA warned that safety guidelines against earthquakes had been revised only three times in the past 35 years. The agency insisted that Japan should learn from "recent experiences."
