On this day 137 years ago was born "The Great Houdini." Let this entry honor and remember this amazing-man for which there was impossible. Many have been after his imitators, but none has been able to maintain the mystery, the supernatural aura of their performances, which made it seem like more than a mere mortal. His bizarre death scene merely enlarge the myth and legend.
